For industry R&D

A scientific review for each paper. Before it leaves your team.

Explore Science is an AI co-scientist for research teams in industry. It reviews manuscripts and protocols against the standards of the field, scores each on Calibre, and screens for integrity issues. The Institution plan, which we arrange with you, gives your organisation one prepaid balance and team workspaces.

Screening

Integrity and novelty

Your contribution against the closest published work, and six integrity checks in one scan.

  • Manuscript and protocol review

Methods, statistics and inference checked against the standards of the field, and scored on Calibre.

  • Integrity scan

Text similarity, AI-written text, AI-generated figures, retracted citations, tortured phrases and declarations.

  • Security

Google Cloud, AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2 or later in transit. Your documents never train AI models.

On the Institution plan, by arrangement

  • One prepaid balance

Every team draws on one balance, with one dashboard for the organisation.

  • Team workspaces

Multi-team workspaces, SSO and managed identity, and API access.

  • Procurement

Security review, a custom DPA and invoiced billing.

FAQs

Is our unpublished research used to train AI models?
No. Your documents are never used to train or fine-tune AI models. That is a contractual term in our terms of service, and every vendor we use is bound by a data processing agreement.
Where is our data stored?
On Google Cloud, encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2 or later. The trust page lists each subprocessor and its region.
How does billing work for a team?
We set the Institution plan and its price with you. Your organisation holds one prepaid balance that every member draws on, and we invoice it.
Can we run a security review first?
Yes. Talk to us: the Institution plan includes procurement, security review and a custom DPA. The trust page sets out the security posture.
Can we delete our data?
Yes. A document leaves your workspace when you delete it. Account deletion is self-service from settings.
